1- Select Change Settings

2- Select Manage Pharmacies

3- Select Add a New Pharmacy (Note: you must do this for each patient on the next screen)

4- Select State (Missouri)

5- Select City (Columbia)

6- Select Kilgore's Location

7- Enter Information Including a Prescription Number from the Pharmacy Location you want to add.
